Children remind me to let go of what my own self importance, lose my inhibitions and allow my carefree nature to flow once again.
Our children are precious.
I believe that capturing children in their early years is such a treasured gift for both them and their families to look back upon.

I feel a deep honour when a couple ask me capture their celebration of sacred love.
I always aim to capture the essence of their day, as well as portray the couple’s unique love story in the most authentic way through beautiful imagery.
Congratulations to David & Sheree Foley on their recent wedding day.
Passion, love, creativity, warmth, anger, destruction and rebirth - all are aspects of the fire element.
Fire is a source of energy that requires careful moderation and control or... you just may get burnt.

Dancing is medicine for the soul. We transmute a lot of emotions through the movement of our bodies. You don’t have to be classically trained to be swept up by music. Letting it’s energy move you allows feelings of freedom and self expression to emerge.

Places that are deserted and abandonment, are errie yet full of stories and times past. I may never have been in a place before but as I walk in and look around, I can feel the energies that once inhabited it and imagine what the place would have looked and felt like in its glory days.

India was an awakening of my soul. She demanded that I open up,become vulnerable and to start seeing the beauty within the chaos.
Stepping out from behind the camera, bearing all and being exposed is always a humbling experience for me. I like to be reminded what it feels to be vulnerable and notice how the internal dialogue of negating self talk slowly melts away as I find my authentic self expression.
Adult play is the term I like to use when I get in that zone of creative flow and having a child-likeness with no inhibitions where I am free to explore my body, environment and emotions in a playful way.
Morocco is a unique blend of European influence with African flavour.
I love how the timeworn architecture, the narrow winding streets and the distinctive hand crafted wooded doors, transports you to a different point of time.
This Shamanic drum making retreat was a profound experience for me. My intention for making the drum was to create a tool to help move stagnation within myself and others. One we had chosen our kangaroo hide, we blessed and washed the hide in a running river, giving thanks to the spirit of the animal. Each hide was blessed with intentions a long with the majestic sound of a indigenous yukdi (Diggerido.) ….A sound that the land has heard for thousands of years.
As we soaked the hides, I noticed how all other hides were staying still in the slowly running waters, but my kangaroo hide wanted to move, coming alive with energy. I had to fight to keep it from floating away. It was at this point I knew I had a connection with the drum and I could see its ability to move stagnation.
During the weekend the drum did its work on me, well before I could even use the drum for its initial purpose. I had old emotions coming up that I never knew I had and feelings surfaced that had been buried for many years. That night was the first time I cried for over a decade. This was a such release of blocked and stagnant energy.
The rest of the weekend was about making mistakes and starting again, making more mistakes, feeling like giving up and starting all over once again.
But by the end I had successfully made a powerful healing drum and I felt like we had both earned each other’s respect.
I now use this drum within my sound healing sessions >>> Scared Bodyworks.
For me yoga is a tool to help embody spirit. Grounding, opening and calming the soul from the hectic world in which we live. Yoga gives me the space to connect with my body and to delve deep into my consciousness.
For me, the balance of strength and flexibility is a pinnacle of health.
Yoga photography motivates me to continue my self practice.
